About

My Journey
DSCF5201_edited.jpg

My journey into ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) began 15 years ago when a family member was diagnosed. Like many of my clients it was a confusing, fearful and stressful time. I had no knowledge and definitely no skills on how to cope at that time. Well, I've come a long way in 15 years!

Through personal experience, client work and a LOT of learning, and accredited ADHD and Executive Function coaching programs, I am well equipped to help you successfully navigate and move forward into a place of knowledge, understanding and successes. ADHD affects many ~ adults, parents, couples, children; it is a life-long condition BUT there is a lot you can change. 'The only constant in life is change'

ADHD is always ON my mind but not IN my mind. As an ADHD Coach without ADHD I see the community and my clients struggle EVERY day; no holiday, no take the day off from ADHD, all the time. I SEE you and I know your struggle is real. This is particularly helpful when working with couples or parents (often one partner with ADHD and one without).

Learning NEW life-long skills (and fine-tuning lagging skills) is critical to your success, both personal and business and for those you love. Knowledge is a BIG piece of our collaborative partnership, and we'll be focusing on YOU and how your ADHD shows up.

I don't know if I'm the right ADHD Coach for you, but if this information resonates with you, then reach out and we can explore available options.

Credentials ~ Barb Williams, PCC, ACCG, CMP Emeritus

I'm an organizer by default; it was how I was 'wired'. I spent most of my career life as a successful event planner of large events for my clients. It seemed a natural progression to move into coaching, utilizing many of the organizational tools I have learned and fine-tuned over the years. I've not looked back; coaching is my passion and your successes reinforce that every day!

I received additional specialized training in ADHD and Accredited Advanced Coaching (ACCG) through ADD Coach Academy; having graduated their ADHD Simply/PT/Basic program. Followed up with Fundamentals of Family Coaching and Advanced ADHD.
