About

My Journey

My journey into ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) began 13 years ago when a family member was diagnosed. Like many of my family clients it was a confusing, fearful and stressful time. I had no knowledge and definitely no skills on how to cope. Well, I've come a long way in 13 years! Through personal experience and a LOT of learning, and accredited ADHD and Executive Function coaching programs, I am well equipped to help you and/or your family successfully navigate and move forward into a place of knowledge, understanding and successes.

Learning NEW life-long skills (and fine-tuning lagging skills) is critical to your success, both personal and business and those you love; kids and adults alike need these skills; as Dr. Ross Greene said ~

"Kids do well if they can," and they prefer to do well if they have the skills to do so.

I'm an organizer by default; it was how I was 'wired'. I spent most of my career life as a successful event planner of large events for my clients. It seemed a natural progression to move into coaching, utilizing many of the organizational tools I have learned and fine-tuned over the years. I've not looked back; coaching is my passion and your successes reinforce that every day!

I received additional specialized training in ADHD and accredited coaching (AACC) through ADD Coach Academy; having graduated their ADHD Simply/PT/Basic plus Fundamentals of Family coaching. ADDCA is an accredited ADHD and Life Coach Training Program. ADDCA is the global leader and pioneer in the specialty arena of ADHD coach training and the first and largest comprehensive ADHD coach training program fully accredited by ICF (International Coach Federation) and PAAC (Professional Association for ADHD Coaches).

Other Certification: Social Thinking®, Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS Advanced), Exploring the Nurtured Heart Approach, Education and Enrichment of Relationship Skills (PEERS®) UCLA * Certified PEERS Provider via in-person or Telehealth. Breakthrough Coaching and Advanced Group Mentor Coaching.

I am a life-long learner and committed to building  my knowledge and skills to support my clients.
